Mr. Gupta, Learned Senior Counsel, appears for the University Grants Commission(UGC).

It is submitted that although UGC was represented through Learned Senior Counsel at the hearing and such would appear from the earlier Order of this Court passed in this appeal dated the 23rd of December, 2022 and the 17th of January, 2023, by inadvertence, the name of the Learned Counsel has not been included in the Judgement and Order of this Court as declared on the 21st of April, 2023.

After hearing Learned Counsel and on perusal of the record, the submission placed by Learned Senior Counsel, Mr.

Gupta, appears to be substantially correct.

Accordingly, let the name of Mr. Anil Kumar Gupta be recorded to the cause title of the Judgement and Order of this Court in this appeal dated the 21st of April, 2023, as appearing for the respondents/UGC.

Let this Order be treated as part of the Judgement and Order dated 21st of April, 2023. Mr. Gupta is directed to serve notice of this Order on Learned Advocates appearing for the other parties.
