Mr. Panda, learned advocate for the petitioner submits that the writ petition lacks necessary averment, as such, he seeks leave to withdraw it and to file afresh on the selfsame cause of action. As prayed for, W.P.A. 16087 of 2022 is dismissed as not pressed without any order as to costs. This order, however, will not prevent the petitioner to file a fresh writ petition on the selfsame cause of action.
