Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the writ petition / PIL.

Learned counsel for the State submits that he has no objection if representation dated 26.06.2025 (Annexure - P3) is directed to be decided by respondent nos.5 and 7.

The principal grievance of petitioner is that there are certain Government teachers who are engaged as FPS dealers which is impermissible.

Considering the aforesaid, we are inclined to direct the Registry of this Court to send the representation dated 26.06.2025 being Annexure - P3 to the said respondents along with copy of this order within 15 days from today.

In turn, the said respondents shall consider and decide the representation in accordance with law within 60 days therefrom.

The PIL is disposed of without expressing any opinion on merit.

Department is directed to do the needful.
