It appears from the order dated 22nd March, 2022 that the record of rights has been restored in the name of the petitioner by the Block Land and Land Reforms Officer, Thakurpukur Metiabruz Block, South 24 Parganas and the grievance of the petitioner has been redressed.

In view of the same, nothing further remains to be adjudicated in the present writ petition and the same is disposed of accordingly.
