Learned Advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that all other co-accused were enlarged on anticipatory bail by the jurisdictional Court. The allegations as against the petitioner are omnibus in nature.

Learned Advocate appearing for the State draws the attention to the materials in the case diary. Several persons were injured in the incident. One of the injured suffered grievous hurt. There are materials in the case diary suggesting that the petitioner caused the grievous hurt to such injured victim.

Considering the materials in the case diary and the gravity of the offence and the involvement of the petitioner therein as transpiring from the materials in the case diary, we are unable to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is rejected. CRM (A) 3485 of 2022 is dismissed.
