The State of West Bengal and others The revisional application was earlier called on 9th June, 2023 when none represented on behalf of the petitioner. Today, when the revisional application has been called, none represented on behalf of the petitioner.

The subject matter of the revisional application is against an order passed by the Maintenance Tribunal, Sub-Divisional Magistrate, Balurghat, Dakshin Dinajpur which was passed on 23rd June, 2022.

I have considered the said order and the issues advanced in the revisional application, I am of the opinion that the same is not maintainable either on facts or on law.

Accordingly, CRR 2582 of 2022 is dismissed.

Pending application, if any, is consequently disposed of. All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance of all requisite formalities.
