Mr. Radhesyam Maiti, Mr. Manoranjan Jana For the Petitioner Mr. Alok Kumar Banerjee, Sr. Adv., Mr. Sanjay Ghose For the Respondents Affidavit of service filed by the petitioner be kept on record.

Records reveal that the original application preferred by the petitioner herein being O.A. No.350/1080/2020 was disposed of by the Central Administrative Tribunal, Calcutta Bench on 24th November, 2020.

Mr. Jana, learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that in terms of the order passed by the learned Tribunal no decision has yet been taken and communicated by the authorities to the petitioner. The matter has been delayed only to frustrate the petitioner's claim for incorporation of his correct date of birth in the service records.

It appears that the petitioner has already filed a contempt application and the same is fixed before the learned Tribunal on 12th November, 2021.

Mr. Banerjee, learned senior advocate appearing for the respondents submits that a decision has already been taken and the same will be communicated to the petitioner within a period of two weeks from date.

In view thereof, no interference is called for in the present writ petition and the same is, accordingly, disposed of.

There shall be no order as to costs.

All parties shall act on the server copies of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
