The writ petitioner claims to have been ousted from the property that was originally standing in the name of her late husband. The writ petitioner alleges that the respondent nos. 6 and 7 being the son and daughter-in-law have forcibly thrown the petitioner out of their residence and the petitioner is now residing at her daughter's matrimonial house.

Counsel for the private respondent nos. 6 and 7 submits that the allegations of the writ petitioner are absolutely untrue and incorrect. They cannot and do not have any objection to the petitioner coming and residing in the property at 470 and 472, G. T. Road, Post Office-Mahesh, Police Station-Serampore, District-Hooghly, PIN-712202..

In that view of the matter, the writ petitioner shall approach the Officer-in-Charge, Serampore Police Station, who shall accompany her back to her house at the address mentioned herein above. Since the writ petitioner is a co-owner of the property, it shall be ensured by the private respondent nos. 6 and 7 that she is not disturbed in any way and is able to reside there at peace.

With the aforesaid directions, the writ petition is disposed of.

The report in the form of instructions to the Government Pleader issued by the I. C., Serampore P. S., Hooghly dated 07.10.2021 is taken on record. There will be no order as to costs.
