Heard the learned Advocates for the parties.

We have considered the materials on record. Allegations are serious. Petitioner had demanded money from the de-facto complainant by threatening that they are members of banned organization.

In view of the nature of offence and prima facie involvement of the petitioner therein, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected.
