Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits since the police filed charge-sheet further detention of the petitioner is not required. Moreover, there is no material implicating the petitioner.

Learned Advocate appearing for the State draws the attention of the Court to the statement recorded under Section 164 of the Criminal Procedure Code as also the statement recorded under Section 161 of the Criminal Procedure. He submits that the petitioner is a contract killer. Such fact inter alia appears from the statement of the wife of the petitioner recorded under Section 161 of the Criminal Procedure Code. Considering the materials in the case diary and considering the gravity of the offence and the involvement of the petitioner, we are unable to grant bail to the petitioner. CRM 6739 of 2021 is dismissed.
