Biswas ...for the State Mrs. Koyeli Bhattacharyya ...for the WBBSE Mr. Chapales Bandyopadhyay Ms. Anandamoyee Dutta ...for the SSC The petitioner's prayer is to allow the petitioner to get transfer to the post of Headmaster against the vacancy shown in some schools which has been mentioned in prayer (a) of the writ application. The petitioner has enclosed a reasoned order passed by the Secretary of the Commission wherein the following has been written : "The writ petitioner was called for counselling on 01.07.2019. Recommendation letter was issued in favour of the writ petitioner at Dadhimukha High School, Barjora, Bankura on the basis of his choice of vacancy which was exercised by the writ petitioner at the time of counselling. But he did not join in the said school".

Once the petitioner selected a school for his own appointment, he cannot turn back thereafter to say that his case is to be reconsidered and he should be re-recommended. I do not find any such provision in the relevant law applicable to the petitioner. Hence, I do not find any merit in this writ application. It is noted that the writ petitioner moved his first writ application being WP 17406(W) of 2019 in respect of which the above quoted order was passed by the Secretary of the Commission.

I dismiss the writ application.

No costs.
