Heard the learned Advocates for the parties.

It is the grievance of the petitioner that in spite of request made by the District Inspector of Schools (SE), Jhargram by its letter dated 17th April 2019 being Annexure P-10 to the writ petition, to the Teacher in-Charge of Kodapara Adibasi Mission High School for submission of relevant documents for the purpose of family pension of the petitioner, till date the School Authority has not sent the said documents.

Considering the submission of the petitioner, this writ petition is disposed of by directing the School Authority to comply with the request made by the District Inspector of Schools (SE), Jhargram by its letter dated 17th April 2019, within four weeks from the date of communication of this order, if the same has not already been sent.

District Inspector of Schools (SE), Jhargram shall expedite the case of the petitioner upon receipt of the relevant documents from the School Authority. WPA 14738 of 2019 is disposed of.
