The petitioner has myriad prayers in the writ petition, none of which warrants issuance of a writ from this Court.

The petitioner has also fairly stated that a sale notice has also been issued in respect of the immovable properties which have been mortgaged to the Bank. The petitioner's case is that a substantial part of the loan amount has been repaid by him. However, such payments have not been considered by the Bank.

The petitioner's remedy lies before the appropriate Tribunal which has been instituted to deal with such matters. The petitioner has an alternative and efficacious remedy to ventilate his grievances.

In view thereof, I am not inclined to entertain the writ petition and the same is accordingly dismissed.

There shall, however, be no order as to costs.
