However, after filing of this writ application and after receiving a reasoned order from the West Bengal Board of Primary Education, it appears that the petitioner was really an SC category candidate and qualified TET 2014 as SC candidate.

Therefore, the petitioner should be given recommendation and appointment by the West Bengal Board of Primary Education and by the concerned DPSC respectively.

I direct the Board to give the recommendation by 10 days from the date of communication of this order and appointment by the DPSC by 10 days after receiving the recommendation.

With the above observation and direction, this writ application is disposed of.

The reasoned order passed by the Deputy Secretary, is kept on record, copy whereof has already been handed over to the petitioner.
