Ms. Koyeli Bhattacharya ......For the WBBSE The petitioner filed one representation to the Commissioner of School Education giving all the reasons for which he is seeking transfer to a nearby school. The petitioner has prayed today only for consideration of this representation which is at page 87 (Annexure 'P-10') of the writ application. Therefore, I direct the Commissioner of School Education to consider the representation after giving an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner within a period of sixty days from the date of communication of this order and to pass a reasoned order.

With the observation and direction this matter is disposed of.
