Ms. Sutapa Sanyal Mr. Kapil Guha ..for the State Learned advocate for the State respondents submits that the notice for removal of Sahakari Sabhapati issued on September 28, 2021 has been challenged before this Court. It appears that the meeting was scheduled to be held on October 7, 2021. It is submitted that the writ petition should be dismissed as infructuous.

As none appears on behalf of the petitioner, the writ petition is dismissed for default.

There will be, however, no order as to costs. All parties are to act on the basis of the server copy of this order.
