Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner had already appeared in the First Paper which was indicated in the order dated 31.01.2024 in WPA 2338 of 2024 and she had successfully cleared the said First Paper as mentioned in the aforesaid order. In fact, this petition has become infructuous.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has also submitted that his client has received the compensation from the concerned college to the extent of Rs. 10,000/- as per the order of the Hon'ble High Court and, as such, his client has no grievance against the alleged contemnors.

In view of the above, the instant contempt application has no merit and accordingly, the same is disposed of. (Apurba Sinha Ray, J.)
