The petitioner has preferred the writ application praying for direction upon the respondent authorities to dispose of the representation dated 17.5.2025 filed by the writ petitioner before the respondent no. 3.

In course of hearing learned counsel for the State has placed a copy of the instructions received relating to the rejection of the petitioner's application. A copy of the same has been served upon the learned counsel for the petitioner.

On hearing the learned counsels for the parties, the writ

application is disposed of with the direction that the respondent no. 3 shall dispose of the representation dated 17.5.2025 filed by the petitioner, within 60 days from the date of communication of this order, in accordance with law, on hearing the parties and by passing a reasoned order.

The petitioner herein is also granted liberty to file his exception/objection to the report/instructions filed by the State before this Court today, before the respondent no. 3 at the time of consideration of his representation, which shall also considered by the respondent no. 3.

WPA 15622 of 2025 stands disposed of.
