1. Learned counsel for the petitioner complains that despite an application having made through the Cityscape Developers Pvt. Ltd., the contractor of the CESC Limited, no electricity connection has yet been given to the petitioner pursuant to the order of this court.

2. A copy of the said application is handed over in court today to learned counsel appearing for the CESC Limited in order to enable learned counsel for the CESC Limited to take instructions on the issue and revert back with appropriate instructions on April 12, 2024 when the matter shall next be listed under the same heading.
