The writ petitioner is aggrieved that Panskura Police Station has not attended to a prayer for recovery of stridhan articles since after separation from her husband. It appears from the records that case under Section 498A has been filed on17.11.2009 which has resulted in a charge sheet being Charge Sheet No. 224 of 2010 dated 27th July, 2010.

Since charge sheet has already been filed, the petitioner may obtain any further articles of stridhan either in course of the trial or thereafter.

With the aforesaid observations, the writ petition is disposed of.

There will be no order as to costs.
