Learned advocate for the West Bengal Board of Primary Education submits that she was not a trained candidate and a large number of candidates'

appointment has been cancelled by this court. However, this case has a different aspect as to the question whether the petitioner was trained or untrained. This is required to be decided by the Board according to the letter issued by the Chairman of the District Primary School Council, South 24 Parganas as appears in Annexure-P/6.

The Deputy Secretary is directed to give an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner within a

period of four weeks from the date of communication of this order and to pass a reasoned order within two weeks thereafter.

With the above observation and direction, this writ application is disposed of.
