Galib Mr. Subhra Nag ........ for the State Mr. Prosenjit Mukherjee Ms. Madhurima Sarkar ......... for Madrasah Service Commission The petitioner is serving as an Assistant Teacher of a Court No. 24 03.02.2022 (Item No. 29) (AB) Madrasah in the District of Birbhum. She seeks transfer in the district of Bankura.

Though the petitioner has relied upon applications for transfer made by her in the year 2018 and 2019 and alleges that the same has not been taken up for consideration till date but the learned advocate for the West Bengal Madrasah Service Commission submits, upon instructions, that pursuant to the notice of Madrasah Service Commission on 5th February, 2021 the petitioner has already filed online application for General Transfer.

It has however been submitted that the said application is yet to be considered by the respondents. As it appears that the online application made by the petitioner for general transfer is pending consideration at the end of the West Bengal Madrasah Service Commission, the instant writ petition is disposed of by directing the Madrasah Service Commission to consider the online

application of the petitioner strictly in accordance with law, at the earliest, but positively within a period of eight weeks from the date of communication of a copy of this order. The Commission shall pass a reasoned order and intimate the same to the petitioner immediately thereafter. A copy of the online application for General Transfer 2021 made by the petitioner handed over by the learned advocate appearing for the Madrasah Service Commission is retained with the record.

The writ petition stands disposed of.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties after completion of all legal formalities.
