The writ petitioner is aggrieved by an order dated DL-17 12.07.2023 Court No.5 (AD) June 14, 2023 passed by the West Bengal Land Reforms and Tenancy Tribunal.

By the impugned order, the Tribunal extended the time to file affidavits and fixed the original application for hearing on October 18, 2023.

State and the respondent no.12 are represented. Service on the other respondents are yet to be completed.

Learned Advocate appearing for the writ petitioner submits that, the writ petitioner approached the concerned Block Land & Land Reforms Officer with grievances. The same was not considered and, therefore, the writ petitioner approached the Tribunal.

The original application is yet to be finally decided.

Directions were issued by the Tribunal permitting the parties to the proceedings to file affidavits. Affidavits are yet to be filed. By the impugned order time to file affidavit was granted.

We find no material irregularity in the impugned order dated June 14, 2023 warranting an interference under Article 226 of the Constitution of India. In such circumstances, WPLRT 79 of 2023 is disposed of without any order as to costs.
