Sen Ms. Ashima Das(Sil) ....for the State After hearing learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the State, WPA 16108 of 2022 may be disposed of with the direction on the respondent No. 10 being the Chairperson, The Child Welfare Committee, South 24 Parganas to dispose of the representation at annexure P-3 of the writ petition within a period of four weeks from the date of communication of this order. A copy of the decision of the Child Welfare Committee will be made available to the petitioner within a week from the date on which such order is passed.
