Learned Counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that there is a typographical mistake in the order dated 13th November 2019 and he prays for correction of the same.

On perusal of the order dated 13th November 2019, it is revealed that in the cause title of the order instead of "W.P. 11408 (W) of 2016 M/s. Hindustan Meta Mart Pvt. Ltd. & Anr.", it should be read as "W.P. 12728 (W) of 2016 Smart IT Services Pvt. Ltd. & Anr". The other portion of the order dated 13th November 2019 shall remain the same.

Urgent certified copy of this order, if applied for, be made available to the parties upon compliance of the requisite formalities.
