1. This matter has come at the instance of the learned counsel for the petitioners for correction of the order dated 2nd August, 2024.

2. It appears that in last sentence of the first paragraph instead of "ACJM, Barrackpore", it has been inadvertently mentioned as "ACJM, Baruipur". In eleventh line of fifth paragraph of the said order instead of "learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bidhannagar", it has been inadvertently transcribed as "learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Howrah".

3. Let these corrections be incorporated in the order dated 2nd August, 2024.

4. The server copy shall be corrected accordingly.

5. The other portion of the order dated 2nd August, 2024 shall remain unaltered.

6. In view of the aforesaid correction, time to appear before the Jurisdictional Court is extended for two weeks from today.

7. All parties shall act on the server copies of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
