The SPIO to the Office of Controller, Kolkata Thika Tenancy shall supply the certified copies of the documents as prayed for by the applicant dated March 10, 2023, within a period of two weeks from date, upon realization of the requisite fee.

The appellate authority will obtain a compliance report of the order from the SPIO in this regard and file the same before the learned Registrar General of this court.

Under such circumstances, the writ petition is disposed of.

There shall be no order as to costs.

Parties are directed to act on the basis of the server copy of this order.
