The only prayer of the petitioner is for a direction on the Registrar of Companies, West Bengal to consider the representations made by the petitioner on 19th February, 2019 and 14th October, 2020.

The petitioner has prayed for issuance of duplicate Certificate of Incorporation of the petitioner. The Registrar of Companies has sat tight over the matter and has failed to respond till date.

W.P.A.16982 of 2021 is accordingly disposed of with a direction on the Registrar of Companies, West Bengal being the respondent no.2 to consider and dispose of the representations within one week from date, if not done already.
