We have considered the materials on record. Petitioners had approached this Court earlier in March, 2023. This Court turned down the prayer of the petitioners in CRM (NDPS) 437 of 2023 and directed the trial to be concluded within one year from the next date fixed for recording evidence. Said time schedule has not expired as yet.

Under such circumstances we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioners.

The application for bail is, thus, rejected.
