The State of West Bengal On perusal of the office report dated 09.06.2025, it is revealed that a typographical error has crept into the order dated 23.05.2025 wherein in the fourth paragraph the case number has wrongly been typed as "CRA 476 of 1996" instead it should be read as "CRA 476 of 2003".

The other portion of the order dated 23.05.2025 shall remain the same.
