The petitioners seek the particulars of all criminal proceedings pending with the Burdwan Police Station against them. There are allegations of cheating and misappropriation of funds by the petitioners.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that they are on bail after surrender.

It is not understood as to why the petitioners were granted unconditional bail without having to cooperate with the investigation. The petitioners should, therefore, cooperate with the investigation and visit the I. O. on Saturday (10.09.2022) at 11 a.m. They shall cooperate within their rights under the Cr. P. C.

The Officer-in-Charge, Burdwan Police Station shall ensure that the petitioners are able to live peacefully in their residence.

Instructions of the Burdwan Police Station dated 22.07.2022 are taken on record.

Let copy of the order be circulated to the learned advocates of all appearing parties.

The writ petition is disposed of.

There will be no order as to costs.

Since the respondent no. 7 has not used any affidavit, the allegations made in the writ petition shall not be deemed to have been admitted by the respondents.
