The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has been falsely implicated. 2.

Considering the materials available in the case diary produced by the State and the nature of injury sustained which appears to be serious, we are not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

Accordingly, the application for anticipatory bail is rejected. 4.
