Mr. Subhadeep Maitra ... For the petitioner. Mr. Ritesh Kumar Ganguli ... for the State. The writ petition is taken up for consideration pursuant to the order dated 25th August, 2023 in presence of the learned advocates representing the petitioner and the State respondents.

Learned advocate representing the petitioner on instruction submits that terminal benefits as well as family pension due to death of husband of the petitioner who was working as Panchayat Karmee have already been released. Therefore it has been submitted that the grievance of the writ petitioner stands redressed.

In view of aforesaid submission made on behalf of petitioner no order need be passed on this writ petition and accordingly the same stands disposed of.

However, there shall be no order as to costs. Urgent photostat certified copy of the order, if applied for, be given to the parties, upon usual undertakings.
