The petitioner has approached this Court under Article 227 of the Constitution assailing an order dated 7th May, 2022 by passing of which, the learned Judicial Magistrate, Amta issued warrant of arrest against the petitioner in connection with Misc. Execution Case No.3 of 2021 which arose for non-payment of arrear maintenance . It is submitted by the learned Advocate for the petitioner that the execution was filed for total amount of Rs.65,000/- (Rupees sixty five thousand). The petitioner /husband has already paid Rs.47,000/- (Rupees forty seven thousand) out of total arrear maintenance of

Rs.65,000/-. The petitioner is agreeable to deposit the rest amount of Rs.18,000/- within 2 weeks from the date. It is also submitted by the learned Advocate for the petitioner that in the meantime, the execution of warrant of arrest may be stayed. The instant application is disposed of directing the petitioner to deposit balance amount of Rs.18,000/- within a fortnight. The execution of warrant of arrest shall be stayed for a period of 14 days. On payment of the balance amount of Rs.18,000/-, Misc. Execution Case No.3 of 2021 be dropped by the learned Judicial Magistrate, Amta recording full satisfaction. The instant revision is, thus, disposed of.
