The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the prime grievance of the petitioner has already been redressed and the police authorities have taken necessary steps. That is why the petitioner would not like to press this application. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as not pressed.

There shall, however, be no order as to costs. Urgent photostat certified copy of the order if applied for, be made over to the parties as expeditiously as possible.
