Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that some of the other co-accused were granted bail by the jurisdictional Court.

Learned Advocate appearing for the State draws the attention of the Court to the contents in the case diary. He submits that there are evidences to suggest that the crude bombs were being manufactured in the house belonging to the petitioner.

Considering the materials in the case diary, the gravity of the offence and the complicity of the petitioner therein, we are not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. CRM 6746 of 2021 is dismissed.
