Petitioner seeks anticipatory bail.

Learned Advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner was falsely implicated due to the political affiliation of the petitioner.

Learned Advocate appearing for the State submits that the petitioner obtained money by NEFT transfer to the tune of Rs.7.95 lacs on the promise to give employment in the government project. When confronted, the petitioner issued a cheque for Rs.1 lac which was dishonoured. The investigations are yet to be concluded.

Considering the materials on record and considering the nature of allegations and the complicity of the petitioner therein, we are unable to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail, C.R.M. 6748 of 2021, is rejected.
