Basanti Ghosh v. State Of West Bengal & ORS.
24.08.2022 Court No.13 Item No.45 pk WPA 14808 of 2019 Basanti Ghosh Vs.
State of West Bengal and others Mr. Saibal Acharya, Md. Yusuf Ali ... for the petitioner Mr. Biswabrata Basu Mallick, Mr. Sajal Kumar Pandit ... for the State.
The petitioner claims that her husband, late Dwijapada Ghosh was an Assistant Teacher in Andulia Saroj Sarosija Bala High School, Murshidabad between 1964 and 1969. It appears that the petitioner's husband has left the school on 21st July, 1967.
There are no documents to indicate as to the post held by the said Dwijapada Ghosh. There is some indication that the said Dwijapada Ghosh may have been suspended.
Given the sketchy facts in the matter and inability of any of the parties to produce effective documents evidencing service of the deceased with the aforesaid school, no relief can be granted to the petitioner.
Accordingly, the writ petition fails and is hereby dismissed.
There will be no order as to costs.
All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
