..... petitioners Ms. Busra Khatoon .... for the petitioners Mr. Sudip Ghosh Mr. Bitasok Banerjee ... for the State Having heard the learned advocates appearing for the parties, we are of the view that the petitioners are unable to overcome the restrictions under Section 37 of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic substances Act, 1985.

Narcotics of commercial quantity was seized from the vehicle belonging to the petitioner no. 1. There are materials to suggest that the petitioner no. 2 is a partner in the business undertaken by the person in custody and the petitioner no. 1.

Accordingly, prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioners is rejected and the application being CRM 6751 of 2021 is dismissed.
