Learned advocate for the applicant submits that the order passed by this Court on 27th September, 2021 has been complied with upon releasing family pension in favour of the petitioner in terms of the Pension Payment Order which was issued upon processing the family pension case. In view of such submission being made on behalf of the applicant the contempt application stands disposed of and the contempt proceeding stands dropped.
