He submitted on instruction from his client that, though no written instruction is produced before this Court but he has confirmed that, his client has instructed him not to proceed with this writ petition any further since the petitioner has already retired on December 31, 2021 and no further cause survives in the writ petition.

None appeared for the respondents.

In view of the above, this writ petition, WPA 16881 of 2017 stands dismissed as infructuous.

Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
