1. Affidavit-of-compliance filed today be kept on record.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner points out that the order of this court was complied with only after the contempt application was filed and after the order dated August 16, 2024 was passed in the said application. The compliance was done on August 22, 2024.

3. Although it is expected that orders of courts are complied with in due time as per the directions given therein, since in the present case the alleged contemnor has complied with the order of this court, this court chooses not to take the extreme measure of penalizing the alleged contemnor for deliberate and willful violation of the order of this court.

4. In view of the compliance, CPAN 1047 of 2024 is disposed of as infructuous.

5. There will be no order as to costs.

6. Urgent photostat certified copies of this order, if applied for, be made available to the parties upon compliance with the requisite formalities.
