1. Heard the learned counsels for the parties.

2. Perused the case diary.

3. It appears that no provision of the POCSO Act has been imputed in this case, although there are allegations of giving indecent proposal and taunting a minor girl.

4. Be that as it may, considering the materials available in the case diary and the statement of the victim girl, I do not consider this to be a fit case to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

5. Accordingly, the application for anticipatory bail is rejected.
