2. Mr Ghosh, learned advocate appearing for the alleged contemnors, by placing reliance on the affidavit of compliance submits that the order dated 17th November 2022 has already been complied with.

3. Mr. Thakurta, learned advocate appearing for the petitioner, on the other hand, submits that in view of the compliance of the order dated 17th November 2022, he does not want to proceed further with the instant contempt application.
