Pursuant to order of this Court dated November 29, 2024, the contemnor no.3 is present in Court today.

Compliance report filed by the alleged contemnor no.3 be kept with the records. Approval has been granted for the appointment of the petitioner with effect from November 29, 2024. 3.
In view of the aforesaid, I see no reason to keep this contempt application pending. The contempt application is disposed of.

The petitioners say that the approval should have been with effect from 2017 when the order in question was passed. If the petitioners have any further grievance regarding enforcement of the aforesaid order, it would be open to the petitioners to take recourse to appropriate proceedings before the appropriate forum in accordance with law.
