And In Re : Jahangir Mondal ..... petitioner Mr. Kaushik Chowdhury Ms. Busra Khatoon .... for the petitioner Mr. Saibal Bapuli Mr. B. Bhattacharya ... for the State Having heard the learned advocates appearing for the parties and considering the fact that commercial quantity of narcotics was recovered from the house belonging to the petitioner, we are unable to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

Accordingly, prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is rejected and the application being CRM 6758 of 2021 is dismissed.
