1. Mr. Debasis Sur, learned counsel for the applicant/petitioner is present.

2. CAN 1 of 2025 seeking restoration of WPCT 150 of 2025 is taken up which was dismissed in default on 3rd December, 2025.

3. Learned counsel for the applicant/petitioner has assigned certain reasons, which in our view, are sufficient and plausible. However, in view of the absence of the petitioner in said WPCT, we deem it proper to order restoration subject to payment of Rs.1000/- as costs which shall be deposited before the State Legal Services Authority within 15 days. If receipt of payment of costs is filed in the

Registry within 15 days, the Registry shall treat WPCT 150 of 2025 as restored and list before the appropriate determination.

4. CAN 1 of 2025 is allowed.
