The writ petition concerns Marishda Police Station Case No. 71 of 2021 dated 30th March, 2021. The petitioner's father was killed in course of post pole violation before May, 2021.

In terms of the decision of the Full Bench of this Court, inter alia, in W.P.A. (P) No. 142 of 2021 dated 19th August, 2021, let the FIR shall stand transferred for further investigation to the Central Bureau of Investigation.

With the aforesaid directions, the instant writ petition shall stand disposed of.

There will be no order as to costs.
