Considering the involvement of the petitioners in the commission of alleged offence read with the statement of the witnesses recorded under Section 161 of the Code of Criminal Procedure and the injury report which classified that the injury is grievous in nature, we are not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners. 3.
