Mr. Sutirtha Das, learned counsel for the petitioners, submits that the parties have settled their dispute amicably and in consequence thereof, the connected suit has already been disposed of. In view of such development of the matter, CO 2559 of 2019 is dismissed as infructuous without any order as to costs.

The connected application being IA No: CAN 1 of 2021 if pending, is also dismissed accordingly. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the party subject to compliance of all requisite formalities.
